Saturday, May 20, 2023 saw 15 schools and 423 athletes compete in 74 events at Camarillo Rotary's annual Hap Rapp Memorial Track Meet, held at Adolfo Camarillo High. The meet began in 1960, and is the club's oldest community service event, offering local elementary and middle school boys and girls the opportunity to compete for ribbons and trophies. Receiving trophies for the highest scores (total of three events) at their grade levels were:

Grade 5:  Kalea Pelangka (Dos Caminos)
Grade 6:  Gabby Achiniva (Monte Vista)
Grade 7:  Kari Frank (Las Colinas)

The Guy Craig Award (named after the charter president of the Camarillo Rotary Club) for best preparedness, sportsmanship and conduct at the meet went to Tierra Linda.
